About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist In Charge to join their professional team. The pharmacy handles approximately 250 scripts daily and manages a small cohort of methadone patients, providing an engaging and rewarding work environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily dispensary operations with accuracy and efficiency Provide expert patient counselling and deliver clinical services Mentor and support interns, students and dispensary assistants Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve pharmacy goals Promote a positive team culture and high professional standards What You'll Need Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist 1-2 years' experience in community pharmacy preferred Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills Confidence to mentor and support junior staff Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends Why Join Us?
